  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, browned

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Prepare a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the pan and chill.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and flour.
  5. Mix in vanilla paste and eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
  6. Fold in sour cream and browned butter.
