  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 6 ounces milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Butter a 9×13-inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt 5 tablespoons of butter, then add the vegan marshmallows. Stir until smooth and creamy; remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract.
  3. In another saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, 5 tablespoons of butter, and unwrapped caramels. Heat while stirring until melted and smooth. Pour over the Rice Krispie base and sprinkle with sea salt.
