  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into four pieces and set aside the icing.
  3. In a resealable bag, mix granulated sugar with 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Add cut rolls, seal the bag, and shake until coated.
  4. In a bowl, combine brown sugar with melted butter, mixing well.
  5. Layer the cinnamon roll pieces in the bundt pan and drizzle with the brown sugar mixture.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown; check doneness with a toothpick.
  7. Let cool in the pan for five minutes before inverting onto a plate.
  8. Stir remaining pumpkin pie spice into reserved icing and drizzle over warm monkey bread.
