  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 12 tablespoons (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and butter a 12-inch cast iron skillet or medium casserole dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until smooth. Gently mix in the heavy cream until fully combined. Pour into the prepared dish.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the pumpkin filling evenly.
