  • ½ cup strawberry jam
  • ¼ cup brown sugar (packed)
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup crushed peanuts
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan and line with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, and crushed peanuts for the streusel; mix in melted butter until crumbly. Chill while preparing the batter.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together brown sugar, milk, eggs, and peanut butter until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in flour, baking soda, salt until just combined.
