  • 8 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar
  • ½ cup salted butter (room temperature)
  • 1¾ cups old-fashioned oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a 9×9 baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches with granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and salt. Pour into the prepared pan.
  3. In the same bowl, mix brown sugar, remaining flour, butter, and another teaspoon of cinnamon until clumpy. Stir in oats until well combined.
  4. Crumble the oat mixture over the peaches and bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden.
  5. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
