  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika and cook until golden brown (6-7 minutes). Slice into strips.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté diced onions and minced garlic for 2-3 minutes.
