  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 large bell peppers, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté diced onions and bell peppers in olive oil until softened (about 5-6 minutes). Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet; season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned (7-8 minutes), breaking up the meat as it cooks.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce followed by the cream cheese until melted and combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Layer provolone cheese on top followed by shredded mozzarella.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbling and golden.
