  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional)
  • For the Spicy Mayo Dip: 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon Sriracha, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef (or turkey), breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, egg, salt, pepper, and brown sugar if desired. Mix until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a lined baking sheet.
