  • 4 beef sausages
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 large carrots
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, brown the beef sausages until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, sauté sliced onions and minced garlic for about 2 minutes until softened.
  3. Layer sliced potatoes and carrots on top of the onion mixture.
  4. Pour in chicken broth; season with thyme, salt, and pepper.
  5. Return browned sausages to the pot and bring to a boil before reducing heat to low.
  6. Simmer for about 1 hour until all ingredients are tender.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
