  • 2 1/4 cups powdered sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (7-ounce) jar vegan marshmallow creme
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the Devil's Food cake mix, eggs, and oil until a soft dough forms. Drop tablespoon-sized amounts onto prepared baking sheets.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are set. Cool on wire racks.
  4. For the frosting, beat room-temperature butter until creamy, then add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Fold in vegan marshmallow creme.
  5. For the ganache, microwave heavy cream over chocolate chips for about 45 seconds and whisk until smooth.
  6. Frost cooled cookies with marshmallow frosting, chill for ten minutes, then drizzle with ganache.
  7. Pipe reserved frosting in squiggles on top.
