  • 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cucumber (sliced)
  • 1 cup edamame (cooked)
  • 1/2 cup sriracha mayo

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce (or tamari), honey, sriracha, minced garlic, and water to create your marinade.
  3. Add cubed salmon to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated salmon cubes (reserve marinade) and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy.
  5. Pour in the reserved marinade and cook until it thickens slightly.
