  • 1 pastry for double pie crust
  • 23 tablespoons butter (cut into small pieces)

Instructions

  2. Line a 9-inch pie plate with the bottom crust, trimming excess dough.
  3. In a large bowl, combine sliced apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, and lemon juice; mix well.
