  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic for 3–4 minutes until softened.
  3. Add ground beef; cook for 5–7 minutes until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
  4. Stir in chopped spinach, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper; cook for another 3–4 minutes until spinach wilts.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle crumbled feta on top.
