  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (or olive oil)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp with minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Melt butter (or olive oil) in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in half of the grated parmesan cheese.
