  • Pearl onions

  • Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • Coarse salt
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, yeast, and salt. Add warm water and stir until shaggy. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise overnight.
  2. The next day, drizzle olive oil in a casserole dish. Gently transfer the risen dough into the dish and spread it out. Dimple the surface and let it rest for another 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Decorate the dough with rosemary for branches, slices of pear for the base, and halved cherry tomatoes as ornaments.
  5. Sprinkle with coarse salt and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
