  • 4 cups chopped green cabbage
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece ginger, grated
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients: chop cabbage, mince garlic and ginger, slice green onions.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat; add ground beef and cook for 5–7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté for one minute until fragrant.
  4. Add chopped cabbage; sauté for another five minutes until slightly wilted but still crunchy.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, chicken broth, cornstarch, and sesame oil until smooth; pour over beef and cabbage mixture.
  6. Cook for an additional two minutes until sauce thickens; serve hot garnished with fresh green onions.
