  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz uncooked pasta (elbow macaroni or shells)

Instructions

  2. Pour in chicken broth to cover the chicken completely. Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours.
  3. Shred cooked chicken with two forks and return it to the crockpot.
  4. Stir in cream cheese and Parmesan until melted and creamy.
  5. Add uncooked pasta, stir well, cover, and cook on high for an additional 30–45 minutes until pasta is tender.
