  • 3 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 pound pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 jar (15 oz) alfredo sauce
  • 6 kaiser rolls
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 34 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
  2. Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente; drain.
  3. Hollow out kaiser rolls to create bowls.
  4. Brush inside of rolls with melted butter mixed with garlic seasoning; toast at 375°F for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Combine drained pasta with cooked chicken and alfredo sauce.
  6. Fill toasted bread bowls with the mixture and top with parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake again at 375°F for another 4-5 minutes until cheese melts and is bubbly.
