  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pistachios
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, honey, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients until just mixed; do not overmix.
  5. Fold in the nut mixture of walnuts, pistachios, almonds, cinnamon, and cloves.
  6. Fill muffin cups about two-thirds full and bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before drizzling with honey.
