  • ½ cup milk

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Gently stir in diced apples.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the prepared baking sheet ensuring space between each fritter.
  6. Bake for about 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  7. While baking, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for the glaze.
